With the continuous and heavy rains we have been experiencing in the north east all homeowners with basements and crawl spaces should consider preempting a basement flood and a damp, musty or flooded crawl space possibility. It is a known fact that every basement will experience water seepage sooner or later, it is no different than a shingled roof, all homeowners just wait for it to start leaking again.
